Questions
Is it really worth paying for?
The free score tells you whether something is wrong. The CZK 400 report tells you what exactly, where on your site, and how to fix it — in the order that matters most. A developer typically spends 2–4 hours collecting the same evidence by hand. If a fix list for your site isn't useful to you, the free score is all you need.
How accurate is the score?
Performance, accessibility, best-practice and SEO scores come straight from Google PageSpeed (Lighthouse) on a simulated mid-range phone. Security and AI-readiness come from our own checks of your live headers, HTML and robots.txt. Lab scores vary a few points between runs — treat a 5-point difference as noise and a 30-point difference as real.
Is the AI part reliable?
The findings and evidence are deterministic: measured, not generated. The written fix plan is produced by Claude from that data and a sample of your page text, and is instructed to cite the evidence rather than guess. Treat it as a senior colleague's first pass — specific and useful, but worth a sanity check before you ship changes.
What data do you store?
The URL you scanned, the scan results and a hashed (non-reversible) fingerprint of your IP address used only for rate limiting. Unpaid scans are deleted after 30 days. Paid reports are kept so your link keeps working; your email is stored only if you pay, to send you the link. No tracking cookies.
Can I get a refund?
The report is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered, as EU consumer rules allow. If the scan fails for a technical reason on our side, we refund you in full — just reply to the receipt email.
Can you scan pages behind a login, or a staging site?
Only public URLs. We don't accept passwords, IP addresses or custom ports, and if your firewall blocks bots we score what Google could see. For private apps and staging environments, our Rescue Audit covers the code itself.
Will the scan slow down or affect my site?
No. We load about five pages, once, like a single visitor would. Google PageSpeed loads the homepage twice more. Nothing is installed and nothing is changed.
